Document Builder IQ provides tools for writing, cleaning, correcting, translating, illustrating and exporting book manuscripts (PDF, DOCX, EPUB) using automated and AI-assisted processing. Features, limits and models may change over time.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Paid plans (Basic, Silver, Gold) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future charges; already-paid periods are non-refundable unless required by law. Prices may change with prior notice.

You keep full ownership of the manuscripts, text and files you upload or create. You grant us only the limited right to store and process your content so we can operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

Text, translations, illustrations and covers produced by the service are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended similarities to other works. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all output before publishing, printing or distributing it.

You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or deliberately deceptive material; to reverse engineer or abuse the platform; or to overload, scrape or resell the service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal or security risk. You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data by emailing us.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SABER IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost or corrupted content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
